Haven't you always wanted to live above a bookstore?

QuickFacts:
Farr has a great central-campus location. Between that, the decent-sized rooms, and the private bathrooms (or semi-private, since every two singles share a common bath), Farr is a pretty heavily desired housing location. SENIOR RESIDENCE. Unless you happen to have enough luck to win the (not housing) lottery... and then I'd suggest using that luck to win the real lottery and not the housing lottery.

There is a huge community laundry faclilites in the basement. Downside is that it closes between 1AM to 6AM, so depending on your schedule panning may be in order. Yay for not walking out in the Ohio winter to do your laundry.

Rooms are constructed in pretty normal squares and rectangles, or combinations of the both.

Apartment.
11'6" x 15' (Common Room)
11'6" x 10' (Double Bedroom) Apparently has a kitchnette. (Score!)

Average-size Doubles. 13'9" x 10'

Singles: 11'6" x 10'

There isn't a central common room (or any common room for that matter) for the poor residents of Farr.

Also, there is no air conditioning, and we hear that sometimes the heat isn't the best. There is also a kitchen on the second floor, but who needs that when you've got the Market, Bookstore, Deli, and Grill/Cove within 2 minutes walking time?

Two stories tall. (Nobody lives on the first floor, just the Bookstore, the Market and the Deli.)

Furnature is not really movable (unless you want to change the location of your bed).
