QuickFacts:
Mostly upperclassmen housing. Expect parties on the weekends anywhere down south, which is a great thing because you're so close, but then again sometimes give up trying to sleep. Rooms are constructed in pretty normal squares and rectangles. Fully carpeted rooms. To do laundry, you must go to either Manning or Leonard. Some people put their beds up on top of desks or bookshelves.

Triples. 21'x 16'

Largerish Doubles. Corner-rooms are slightly larger. 14'x 16'

All co-ed by room.

There are two main common areas on the third floor of the building. The south one is Archons, while the north one is Phi-Kapps. Both have TVs. There is also a D-Phi lounge in the basement, with cable TV. Looks like an old smoking room, has a lot of class. Also, trash room is in the center of building (basement) and there are vending machines in the basement as well.

Three stories tall (Plus people live in the basement).

Furnature is mostly movable. (Wardrobes are attached to the walls.)
