Example Room (Double)

Watson.
The dorm that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. If you live there, you might feel differently, in that case, no offense, because it's really nice housing.

QuickFacts:
Know to be a generally pretty quiet spot, its a great place to get blocks if you can, that way you have your friends close by, the nice room space, and you don't feel so isolated. It's also right near the volleyball court and a basketball court that are both in decent shape. Another benefit of Watson is that theres parking right next to the building! Probabally the only place on campus where you don't have to fight for a parking spot.

Doubles. All room approx. the same size. (About the same size and structure of rooms in Lewis and Norton).

Singles.

Single sex by hall/floor.

Has a fantastic common room/kitchen. Very roomy.

There is one main common areas in the east side of the building on the first floor. Lounge is equipted with T.V., DVD and VCR, couches, full service kitchen (including big fridge), and a large table in the kitchen area. Pretty new furnature. Vending machines in the lobby.

Two stories tall.

Furnature is movable, beds are loftable.

Laundry is in the basement, and the nice part is it basically only serves this building.

Student Commentary:
"I lived in Watson 04-05, for my sophomore year, and I really enjoyed it. Because I blocked with some of my closest friends and was so close to my other friends at Caples, I didn't feel at all isolated. Watson was a great community, and really nice to come home to after partying down South, because it was usualy pretty quiet. The rooms are nice and big, and their huge picture windows are great- if you lived in Norton or Lewis first year, the rooms will look shockingly familliar. Watson isn't just for crazy seniors working on their comps (although the singles are full of them)- as long as you know people there, it can be fun for anyone." -Willison
